Event set-up

Designed for couples who require minimal assistance with select details on their wedding day

Services may include but not limited to the following:

• Ceremony/Reception setup of couples DIY
• Arrange seating, alter and/or aisle decor 
• Place centrepieces, card box, seating chart, welcome signs,  name/menu cards
• Place table numbers, charger plates, favours 
• Tear down

Designed for couples who are confident in their ability to plan their wedding but would like professional assistance on the big day.  The coordinator will work closely with the couple to create a detailed day-of itinerary, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.  The coordinator will liaison between the couple, vendors, guests and participants, handling all the logistics so the couple may enjoy a flawless event. 

4 weeks prior to the wedding

• Complimentary initial consultation with the couple (details meeting)
• Creation of a detailed day of  wedding itinerary

1-2 weeks prior to the wedding

• Arrange and complete a site visit to the venue with couple  
• Coordinate & lead rehearsal

Ceremony

• Complete light DIY setup
• Oversee vendor arrivals & setup
• Queue officiant, musicians, photographers & bridal party for processional

Prior to reception

• Arrange receiving & favour tables
• Place signage, card box, centrepieces, menu / name cards & table numbers 
• Complete light DIY setup 
• Oversee vendor arrivals & setup
• Ensure room setup isn completed as per seating and floor plan layout 
• Ensure smooth transition from cocktail hour to reception 

Reception

• Remain accessible and act as point of contact for guests, bridal party & vendors
• Ensure timely & seamless flow throughout the event
• Queue emcee, band/dj, photographers, entertainers & speakers for all important moments including; entrances, dances, speeches, cake cutting etc
• Remain cognizant of timing & adjust as/where required

Designed for the couple who is comfortable planning most of the wedding but will need assistance in the final month leading up to the big day.  With this package couples can enjoy the final weeks of their engagement without the stress of managing all the last minute details themselves. The coordinator will take on the responsibility of managing all the logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day.  

4 - 6 weeks prior to the wedding

• Complimentary initial consultation with the couple (details meeting)
• Creation of a detailed day of  wedding itinerary
• Through review of all vendor contracts, invoices and permits
• Confirm all vendor services and payments
• Coordinate with photo & video shooters, dj and or band lead to review schedules & itinerary ensuring a seamless and successful event 
• Creation of a wedding day contact list

1-2 weeks prior to the wedding

• Complimentary follow up meeting with the couple
• Arrange and complete a site visit to the venue with couple  
• Coordinate & lead rehearsal
• Provide bridal party with essential information regarding the wedding day schedule, important events and their required presence
• Confirm all vendor arrival and departure time
• Provide vendors with delivery, setup & tear down instructions

Pre - Ceremony

• Complete light DIY setup
• Facilitate vendor arrivals & setup
• Coordinate first look with photographers
• Coordinate transportation & instruct for timely departure

Ceremony

• Coordinate ushers handing out programs and instructing guests to their seat
• Coordinate bridal party arrival 
• Queue officiant, musicians, photographers & bridal party for processional

• Planned & executed by a Certified Wedding Planner
• Provide planning checklist
• Assist with the selection of 3 vendors of your choice
• Arrange & attend vendor associated consultations and/or appointments 
• Assist with floor plan creation
• Assist with budget management & review

This is a comprehensive package where a professional planner takes care of every aspect of the planning process from start to finish. This includes initial consultations to understand the couples vision and preferences, creating a detailed wedding timeline and budget, recommending and booking vendors, managing contracts and negotiations, assisting with the design and styling decisions, coordinating logistics, and overseeing the entire event on the wedding day.  Couples can relax and enjoy the journey, knowing that every detail is being handled by an experienced professional.
